Features:

The machine frame adopts an integrated structure with the motor directly connected to the gearbox; it is constructed using a large-diameter rectangular tube welder, ensuring easy installation and a stable, reliable structure.

The reducer adopts a hard-tooth-surface reducer with widened gear surfaces to enhance the reducer's strength and operational stability.

The screw thrust bearing model has been enlarged, which not only increases the equipment's safety factor but also improves the stability of screw rotation speed, ensuring uniform screw discharge volume and thereby guaranteeing uniform cable extrusion thickness.

The screw is connected to the reducer via an involute spline, ensuring uniform and stable screw rotation speed while facilitating installation.
