Handing Machinery's high output cable extrusion line is designed for continuous extrusion of insulation and sheathing materials for wires and cables. With extruder models from EXT-70 to EXT-200 and production capacities from 300 to 1,600 kg/h, the line can be configured for different cable sizes and high-volume production requirements.

High Output Cable Extrusion Line for High-Volume Production

The Handing high output cable extrusion line is engineered for continuous insulation and sheathing of wires and cables. It combines a high-capacity extruder, caterpillar traction system, water cooling trough, pay-off and take-up equipment to provide stable and efficient cable production.

Depending on the model, the extrusion line offers outputs from 300 kg/h to 1,600 kg/h, with screw diameters from 70 mm to 200 mm and applicable outlet wire sizes from 5 mm to 200 mm. This makes it suitable for manufacturers requiring high productivity and consistent extrusion quality.
