Application：

Our vertical Taping Lines are available in versions with one or two heads.

Machines are suitable for operation Polyester-,PTFE-,Kapton-,Metal Tapes,Fleece and Laminated Tapes.

Machine heads are synchronized to the capstan by a so called elecrical gear.

This ensure a very high precision of the taping pitch.

Taping heads are available in two versions:

Version1:

Taping head with driven cops

Tape tension results from braking the cops by means of a wear-resistant servo-drive. For keeping tape tension constant, current diameter of tape-cops will be detected by means of an optical sensor and then transmitted to the computer.

The necessary braking torque for servo -drive is computer controller.This version is suitable for tape tensions>2N.

Version 2:

Taping head with driven cops and torque sensor feedback聽

This system is suitable for tape tensions>0.5N.

A wedge-type clamping system ensure safe clamping and centering of the copses,even in case of high revolutions.

Options:

Stroboscope with Synchronization

Synchronization of stroboscope to head revolutions enable an exact monitoring the taping operation even in case of different revolutions.Preselection of monitoring position in possible.

Air Conditioner

For keeping the temperature constant during taping process, an air conditioner could be provided.

Diameter Detection and Control

Process monitoring System including recipe and collection of production data.
