Jiangsu Handing horizontal taping machine has passed the full pre-delivery inspection, including complete assembly, no-load operation, tape running test and precision verification. I. Core Configuration & Structural Features

Adopts horizontal layout with high structural rigidity and low vibration during operation, suitable for long-time continuous production. The frame is subjected to aging treatment to resist deformation and sustain stable taping precision over long service life.

The taping head eliminates the traditional gear synchronization structure. It features fast response and smooth speed regulation, enabling real-time synchronous linkage with the traction host.

Single or double taping heads are optional according to process requirements to realize multi-layer same-direction / reverse taping and support various composite taping processes.

The reel stand is equipped with adjustable damping and tension control components to maintain constant tape tension and prevent loose tape, drifting tape and tape breakage.

II. Process Compatibility

Compatible with a wide range of taping materials: mica tape, aluminum foil tape, copper-plastic composite tape, polyester film tape, non-woven fabric, shielding composite tape, etc.

Applicable cable types: fire-resistant cables, control cables, power cables, signal cables, special insulated cables and more.

Continuously adjustable pitch and stably controllable overlap rate ensure uniform taping, guarantee the forming quality of cable insulation layer, fire-resistant layer and shielding layer, and reduce subsequent defective rate.

Optional functions including tape-break stop alarm and meter-count stop help operators monitor taping status. The machine will stop automatically under abnormal conditions to reduce material waste.

Integrated control by PLC + touchscreen. Parameters such as rotating speed, line speed, taping pitch and overlap rate can be set in one click for intuitive and simple operation.

Built-in storage for multiple process recipes. Recipes for different cable specifications can be called directly to shorten the setup time for specification change.

Equipped with speed follow, soft start and soft stop functions to avoid tape stacking or tearing during start and stop.

It can connect with upstream stranding and cabling machines and be integrated into automatic cable production lines to meet customers’ intelligent upgrading demands.
