Application：

Twisting multi-strand soft structure steel wire, core wire of power wire, control cable, core wire of computer wire, rubber cable and many other various insulation wires with soft structures.

In order to ensure the stable geometric size after cabling, adopts revering guide wheel with large diameter to reduce bending as much as possible. The take-up winding tension is controlled by low inertia and highly sensitive electromagnetic powder clutch (Mitsubishi) and programmable logic controller (PLC), thus, ensure winding tension is uniform. The complete machine adopts interactive control station with man-machine interface to display the equipment status, operation indication and parameter setting at any time, thus, ensure the machine under the best status and the excellent performance of the product.
